About these terms
These terms cover Tank Brix, provided by Verigin Games. Contact: borisverigin@gmail.com. Effective date: October 17, 2026. TestFlight builds are beta software and may contain errors or change during testing.
Using the game
You may use the game for personal entertainment, subject to applicable law. Follow the age and consent requirements that apply to you and your app-store account. Features and availability may change during development; online combat may be unavailable.
Accounts and fair play
Use your own sign-in account and keep it secure. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, impersonate others, use abusive callsigns or interfere with the service. The developer may restrict access to protect other players and service integrity, subject to applicable law.
Progress and game content
Game artwork, audio and software belong to their respective rights holders. You receive permission to play, not ownership of the game or virtual content. Guest progress is saved locally on the current device; removing the app or clearing its data removes that progress. Guest progress does not sync between devices or transfer to an account. The current version does not offer purchases; progression and features may change during testing.
Privacy and ending your account
The Privacy Policy describes how the current version handles information. Signed-in players can use Delete Account in Settings to anonymize their Tank Brix profile and remove saved account progress. This does not delete an Apple or Google account. Viewing these terms does not trigger deletion or change your account.
Availability and legal rights
The beta is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free play. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
