About this policy
Tank Brix is provided by Verigin Games. Contact: borisverigin@gmail.com. Effective date: October 17, 2026. This policy describes the information used by the game and its online services.
Information we use
For signed-in players, we use an Apple or Google sign-in identifier, your chosen callsign, saved XP, match count and wins. We also receive your email address if you provide it when contacting support. Sign-in is handled by your provider; Tank Brix does not receive your password. Temporary session and security data help protect sign-in and matchmaking.
Guest play and device settings
Guest callsigns, local profile identifiers, practice XP, match counts and wins are saved on your device without a scheduled expiration. Recent completed-match identifiers prevent duplicate rewards. This local progress is separate from a signed-in account and is not transferred to it. Removing the app or clearing its data removes local progress. Sound, music, music volume and vibration preferences are also saved on your device. An account session may be restored while its app or browser session remains available. The current version has no advertising, purchases or third-party analytics.
How information is used
We use profile data to provide sign-in, show your identity and rank, save verified progression and assemble multiplayer queues. If you provide an email address, we use it for account-related support and to respond to your requests. We do not use it for advertising or make it visible to other players. Your callsign, rank and level may be visible to other players. Apple and Google process their sign-in services under their own privacy policies.
Retention and account deletion
Your online profile is kept until you delete it. Use Settings → Delete Account while signed in to anonymize your saved profile. We remove its callsign, any email address stored with the account, sign-in link, profile identifier and saved progression from the active service, revoke app sessions and remove it from matchmaking. Email correspondence with support is separate from your online profile; contact borisverigin@gmail.com to request its deletion. The service keeps only match identifiers for duplicate-result protection, without player links. A temporary security fingerprint can remain for up to five minutes to block sign-in replays. Restricted server backups are retained for about two weeks until scheduled cleanup and may temporarily retain an earlier profile. Your Apple or Google account itself is not deleted.
Hosting and security
Online services run on a hosted server. The server receives your IP address and technical request information to deliver the service, limit abuse and diagnose failures. Access logs omit URL query strings, authorization headers and sign-in flow secrets. Profile data and backups have restricted access. Providers and hosting infrastructure may process information outside your country. We use information to operate and protect the game, not for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Your choices and contact
You can change sound, music, music volume and vibration, play as a guest, edit your callsign or delete your account in the app. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests available under applicable law, contact Verigin Games at borisverigin@gmail.com.
